So, how much money did YOU save?
We spent about $340... and saved about $200...
(there, you hardcore elites, I posted in General :))

CJMErl: The only thing I'm spending my monies on today is movie tickets. Me an' some relatives are going to see Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
-
Im buying a 2 TB harddrive for cheap!
maybe now I'll have enough space for my music

OMGETFBBQ! Neo posted in the general section! DUN DUN DUNDUNDUN DUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNN
XD nice one, Herb!
And Cj, don't bother with harry Potter. If you've read the book, the movie won't be too great. See RENT instead, if you can. [but if you're with relatives, never mind]
But what is this Black Friday you speak of? Some American holiday I don't know about? If so, I would head for an old game store and buy some old CD PC games, or something. I have a lack of good CD games.. Starcraft and Unreal Tournament, basically....
-
Spent a little bit over $100....... but now I'm broke.
-
Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving, where all the shops have a super sale. Anyway, I stayed up all night to wake my mom up, then she didn't wake up.
-
Oh noez. What happened?
-
She changed her mind.
-
I woke up at the ungodly hour of 4am and then I went to best buy where my mom bought a computer, 2 cell phones, 2 dvd recorders(like a vcr), 1 normal dvd player, 3 mouse pads, 3 big things of blank dvds, a wireless router, a wirless antena thingy so the new computer can use the router, a printer, an mp3 player and some other stuff I don't remember.
We waited in line for 3 hours(3 and a half if you count the wait in 13 degree(F not C, if it were in c I would be glad) temperature, then spent 2 hours paying.
In one sense it kicked ass cause not only do I have a new computer but its in my room, on the other it sucked.
-
damn, this sounds like a good holiday.... Oh well, have fun, all o' yez.
-
It's not a real holiday.
-
Niether is funny mustache/unibrow day, or random image day, but we still call them holidays, right?
And did anyone notice that this is the 1111th thread on TPH?
-
No. I didn't.
-
I didn't go shopping. I stayed home, and slept! I'll save my shopping for the week before X-mas, like the rest of my family does.
But, we are goin' out for dinner. That's really all we spent money on.
-
Oh yeah. . . post-turkey day

BORK BORK BORK!!! (sorry if you don't get the reference, and no, its not the Swedish Chef)
As for what I did yesterday...not much. I came home from my grandparents house and partied all night over at my friends place.

You know, that's what I've been saying everytime I say "YOU'RE A NAZI! BORK BORK BORK!" But no one believes me.
