Yes it is one of his specailties. All he has to do is get Kary in a room with him and a 2x4 and his head will be free of thoughts within moments.

I just listen to some music whever I wanna calm down or something. Though becuase I can't stop thinking, it doesn't work out too well for me.

However funny that may be, it's not a good way to calm oneself, really. Swift has a method that can calm you down real quick, and real good too. It can put you to sleep no problem.
