Wow, I totally forgot it said it had no voice.
Although, that's probably because I talk to it for like a few days and then it ended up pissing me off so I stoped talking to it.(which I end up doing to a lot of people. >.>)

Yes they have, and it doesn't matter anyways since all the PSX games are coming to the PSP anywho.
You never know, Seiken Denetsu has been without a sequel for god who knows how many years, and its getting one soon.
Plus, Capcom loves whoring out Megaman, they'll come back to Legends, eventually.
