I'd go with Evil Dead or a Jay and Silent Bob flick. They're great.

Any Charlie Chaplin movie is excellent, but if you want a more recent one, Nightmare Before Christmas is very, very good.

It was a Sci-Fi Channel original. Damn good, too. Who'da thunk that Graboids were that small at any time in their development?
...Of course, anyone who saw Tremors 3, but I failed at making the connection.

Seems like Nightmare Before Christmas and Shawn of the Dead is the most plugged movie here.

although it's not in an actual order, Pulp Fiction and Princess Mononoke(just watched it again today =D) are my favourite movies.

You, sir, have excellant choice in movies. Anyone who says The FOx and the Hound wasn't a great movie deserves to be shot. Same goes for All Dogs Go to Heaven (just the first one though)

1. BATMAN BEGINS! FREAKING AWESOME!
2. Stealth [a lot of other people don't like it, but hell, i loved it!]
3. Spiderman 2 [despite teh dumb sequel name, it outstrips the first by FAR.]
4. The Incredibles [Pixar at it's best. Love this freaking movie, I do.]
5. The Tuxedo [nothing like a well made action/comedy movie.]
Those are my personal absolute favorites. Get them and you'll be satisfied for a long time. [unless you don't like violence, in which case you won't be liking those that much.... heh]
And the Great Mouse Detective pwned. I loved that movie, wish I owned it.
