Okay, cuz RCR is kinda like GTA, in the fact that you can violently beat people to a pulp, only I jsut find BARF! to be much better than real screams.

GTA and RCR has nothing to do with each other, at all. GTA is more closely related to Morrowind and Fable than it is RCR.. o.O
