So just because I feel that Megakevinexe, who I do consider a friend, has potential, and can actually make me laugh, does something I find entertaining, and overall reminds me every time that he's here that there's hope for humanity yet due to his optimism, I am fucking stupid?

I came here to have fun too, not see at least five pointless threads in one day, all made by the same person. He's pulled this shit before, so that adds up to three times he's done it. But when I got here, I didn't make pointless threads, show off crappy talent, overuse smileys, or make up aliases and "fool" everybody. Theres a difference there. If you see potential in someone who does all of that, go make your own forum with them.

Ok, so I'm back, and after a beer or 6, I've calmed down considerably.
Herb, you may not have done all that, but I wish to point out that PC left because He felt that this forum had gone stale. Ever since he took off, we've all been posting with hair-triggers. You think I shouldn't find Kev funny because of those reasons? Rule 1 of comedy: It don't have to be brain surgery. Sometimes we need a little dumb humor to unwind.
Now you say his sprite animations are crappy. Simple solution: DON'T OPEN THOSE THREADS. You ain't gotta look if 'ya don't go there. His overuse of smileys? He's gotten sooooooo much better at that, and I don't mind the amount he uses now. It's his way of expressing himself, and last time I checked, this was still America, where freedom of expression still hasn't been taken away from us, despite what some extreme liberals would have you believe.
As for the threads, I do agree with you on that, but I chalk it up to youthful overexuberance. It's like when you were real small, and woke up on Christmas morning (or whatever big present festival your religion or non-religion celebrates), and you got so excited you woke up the entire house. You may not remember it, but 98.9% of us, myself included, have done it. Once he gets some, that'll all change.
One more thing about his animations: You say they're crappy, well, you ARE entitled to your opinion, but were YOU always perfect at what you do for fun? No. You weren't. No matter how good you were, there was room for improvement when you first started. Creativity is something to be encouraged, not berated. They may be Capcom sprites, but Kev uses them to tell HIS story. I find this to be a step in the right direction for a creative output. While he could be out and about doing drugs and cutting himself with razors, he's chosen a healthy output for his spark of talent. He doesn't HAVE to share it with us, but he does because he wants to, and I for one encourage him on it. I actually enjoy a good story, and he does it his way.
And as for the attention whoring? Well, controversy creates attention. For a while he wasn't even posting, and I missed my friend. If you want to berate Kev for his quirks, then you have to berate me for posting in cyan, CJ for the dual personality skill, Swift for his Harlock kick he was on, NMX for being a hateful asshole, KS for the Dr. Pepper obsession, jv for his ability to pwn Mr.T and his minions, Trigger/Drifter for posting as a guest, not knowing whether or not to come back at all, and yourself, for your apparent obsession with the green death. Not to mention all the other people on here for their various things and quirks that make them unique. That's like making fun of the Pope because he breathes air. WTF? It makes NO sense.

I hope you all see what you forced me to do. That was endtype-jutsu. What I did was show you what a REAL annoyance was. Guys like endtype wanted to make you feel bad, so imagine how kev feels right now. This place is full of people I comsider my friends and I can't stand it when my friends fight amongst one another. Raz, and even Antha, knew what was up. I was nearly drunk and severely bitter about you guys ganging up on Kev and Cal, so I had to get in the right mindset to demonstrate how pissed I've been about this. But after finding stahed-away beer, I have become my old loveable, huggable, drunkable self again. I won't allow, or stand for, anyone ganging up on someone for doing what they can to keep this place fun. Nor will I allow my friends to be hurt by those without feelings. I NEVER, EVVVVVER, want to have to do that again. Consider this a wake-up call. Guys like kev and cal aren't the problem; WE are. Hell, I'm crocked off my ass, and I see it!
So you see, you are ALL my friends. And I do care. I just don't want to see anymore fighting amongst ourselves. Folks, we are a family, and I will fight for any one of you. Just please. Try to be a little more patient from now on, ok?
So now, I'm off to sleep away this binge I did. I'll have a hangover from hell when I get up, and will most likely be regretting what I did deeply, but I wouldn't have done it if I didn't believe it absolutely necessary. Byte, I'm all for seeing everyone have fun. There's no point in doing something if you can't have fun with it, otherwise you just get bored.
However, the things Kev has been doing? Maybe they were funny to you, but i'm pretty sure I can speak for everyone when I say they weren't. Unless he is a 12 years old or younger, he has no reasonable point in acting this way.

Megakevins been around for a while now and really its not right to just go against him like this. You guys don't have to act like such asses towards him, its just the way he is. Thats what this place was, a place for all us people to come together, didn't matter if you were normal or random, we took you in anyway.
To Megakevin, I think its best that you leave this site. Its wrong the way people just went "YOUR NOT COOL ENOUGH TO BE HERE, GO AWAY!" but if the majority don't want you here there is nothing the people who don't want you to leave(which apparently is just me and byte) can do. Everyone can argue, and we can try to help you fight for you to find your niche in this community, but with so much opposition against it such fighting will be in vain. If you want a forums to go to still find another one, one populated more with people closer to your age and share more of your personality. The inernet is a big place you will find it.
I didn't hate you like others did megakevin but I did notice the difference between your posting style and that of the TPH community, while we are all different we are different in a similar way, you were just not random enough, your humor not to the same style. I believe thats what caused the backlash in the community.

I'm a whiny little bitch, who thinks typing in all caps, and abusing smilies is cool. I have fucked up twice here, but I don't learn from my mistakes. I think everyone should pity because the majority of the internet hates me. I make crappyily edited animations, and reterded game riddle threads. I can't insult worth crap, and my sig is a crappy edit. I am also a total hypocrite, but that's not as bad as being a demanding little wanker. I have no life outside the internet, and no friends what-so-ever.

I am a complete and total waste of humanity, I think that I am really cool and that everyone at TPH respects me, despite the fact it's obvious everyone hates me, I am unable to express emotions through the internet without using emoticons, and even 10 year olds can point at me and laugh at my ridiculous attempts at being "cool", my animations are horrible and follow a pathetic, basic plot that even a six year old can come up with. I have a ridiculous grudge against Draconis and Nightmare X, due to the fact both these people are, and will always be, superior to me in every possible way ever, I'm just unable to accept that and call them jerks. I also think that the best way to be accepted in a community that utterly despises me is to go, whine like a spoiled brat and yell badly thought off insults that even the biggest idiot in the universe can come up with to one of the most respected members of this community. I also have no sense of reality whatsoever, and am a horrible RPer, unable to come up with something even halfway detailed during a pathetic assault to Nightmare X, now I'm sad because this ridiculous bullshit I pulled has made everyone hate me more than they already did, so I think whining is THE GREATEST IDEA EVER as it will gain me sympathy from people that would love to see me drop dead while I claim that I'm quitting TPH despite the fact I am clearly too addicted to this place, even if I claim it's full of jerks. My username is pathetic and uncreative, my signature is a shitty crossover and my avatar is crap, I also think adding emoticons to my signature makes me look all cool. Despite this I feel it would be best for both you and the forums if you left. Really think about it, what good is staying gunna do? The people here are united against you. Your only supporters are me and byte I mean you've even brought out inactive people like herb against you.
In life there are times when people should go against all popular belief, against all support or even what society believes is right at the time. This happened when schools in the south stoped being segregated and with the whole civil rights movement. The white people didn't want the black people around, the black people stayed and fought for their rights. This is not one of those times, the cause you stand for is not as noble, and what you fight by staying is not somthing worth fighting for.
People here do not like you man, its just not worth it to stay in a place where you are hated if there is no real reason to, your not paving the way for your people, and your so outnumbered that even if you were you would have failed. Staying here isn't gunna make you noble, and you'd really have to work to gain back what respect you had. A few of people never liked you at all, the rest were neutral.
I do know this its not right that you were originally flamed. It was not right that after doing one stupid thing everyone turned against you. Unfortunatly your msn flames, message boards flames and threats to leave do deserve some form of responce. You got flamed back for those, and rightfully so you shouldn't have flamed back or threatened to leave, that pretty much turned all the remaining neutral people against you.
To be honest I kinda wish none of this ever happened, besides all the e-drama you caused I really didn't want you to leave. I can easily relate to being the guy that doesn't fit in, I can understand how frustrating it must be for this cool site that was nothing but fun just a month ago to completly change all of a sudden and then turn against you. It would be great if none of the stuff ever happened, if we were the same site I discovered last july/september as I stood over the ashes of romsource looking for a new home. There was no drama then only fun posts, spam and randomness. Unfortunatly it isn't, the people of this site have changed, 2 people can't stop a mob unless they have alot of influence over its people, and I gotta say I know I have none.
It sucks that people acted like asses to you, you tried to defend yourself, and failed miserably. It sucks to find out that out of all the members in this place only 2 were willing to defend you or wanted you to stay, and it sucks that you've been a member for so long only to be cast out in this way. People are comparing you to endtype but I don't see the similarities, he was just an ass, your just a desperate member of a forums who doesn't want you anymore. Why bother staying?
