These are a few of the regulars from my local arcade at Evolution 2004 (a fighting game championship). Cableguy (the guy in the blue hat making the weird hand signs and saying stupid things) is known for being a lightweight when it comes to drinking, so they like to get him drunk just to see what he's going to say. I'm not present in this video (I'd rather not be around all of their alcohol and other illicit substances), in case you're wondering, either.

Sorry, I didn't know that "Cableguy" and his weird comments could be taken the wrong way. I hope you all were able to get a cheap laugh out of the video, though.

The best is after Cableguy spells out 'business', and Chunk says "HE SPELLED IT RIGHT".
