Eh, Skiver's are easy to re-make if you have the plans. Warmech's are not. (have you seen the schematics on this thing? The nuclear reactor filtration system alone is complexer than a g-force 4!)

And is the American legal age 21 or what? If so, Protoman now can do whatever he likes to. (whatever it may be that he wants.)

The american legal age to have rights is 18. but you have to be 21 to be able to drink alchohale. And 35 to run for president.
