Just saw the movie today.  It's a great movie, better than The Spirits Within, even though it creates more plot holes than it ought to..

Is it one of those PSP-only movies? If so, I'll doubt I'lle ver get the chance to see it. If it's on normal DVD, then maybe a price guide....

OMG OMG OMG FINAL FANTASY VII IS THE BEST GAME IN THE UNIVERSE!  I LOVE JAPAN!  I LOVE EVERYTHING IN IT!  I WISH AERITH WAS STILL ALIVE!  I CRIED WHEN AERITH DIED!  I REALLY DID!  I EVEN DEDICATED MY XANGA IN LOVING MEMORY OF HER!  THE ONLY SONG I EVER LISTEN TO IS ONE WINGED ANGEL!






And yes, I know it's Aeris in America (Even though they changed it, but screw them, it's Aeris).

Aeris sucked. I was glad she died. She was.. too.. pure and innocent, it literally disgusted me. Tifa kicked her ass.

Just to give you an overview of what to expect....
70% action
10% new J-E-N-O-V-A and One-Winged Angel mix songs
10% story
9% new plotholes
1% crappy piano'd music

Or something like that... and it's already on BitTorrent in places like The Pirate's Bay :)  Of course, the first time you see something, you're always WOWed, so take this with a grain of salt.. and the overview of what to expect should give you an idea of what kind of movie Square Enix was aiming for this time around.

In the movie, Aeris looks much more detailed... you can see her pink denim jacket as if it was real, with all the seams and stuff.  In the movie, Tifa looks quite different from the game, and her boobs look bigger and very artificial.... especially when she gets raped by Lo--whops, spoilers alert!

There is no way this movie can be awesome because it has the words "Final, Fantasy, and seven" in them. Those words should never again be uttered in the same sentance, unless followed by "sucked out loud." Seriously, worst game ever.

Lazlo, FF7 DID suck, but the movie was decent, a lot better than that other final Fantasy bullshit movie.

Gotta love that guy..... uhm, the one with the cattleprod or something.... Reno, was it? He was my fav.

And the Turks theme song OWN3D.

But as much as I unapprove of RPG's in general, I kinda liked FF7. It was mainly the music and battles that got me. [I LOVE the boss battle theme! I listen to the PSF of it when I have to do a battle scene for Snowcraft. {it gets old, though.... I need a new one for this next battle scene now....}]
