CJMErl: Personally, I think this game pwns.
Yami CJMErl: Me too!
CJMErl: There are some, however, who would disagree with us...

Lazlo's Helpful Tips #30456: When you have an opinion, back it up with reasons.
-
personally with the given comic and lazlo's tip.. due to laughter i go with comic
-
New word for the swiftman dictionary: Bollocks
-
Bollocks is already in a slangtionary.
-
I love the comic because it has a Front Mission Gun Hazard sprite in it.
-
CJMErl: Well, like I said, I LIKE the game. I just put up the comic because I thought it was funny.
Yami CJMErl: Yeah, it's technically not what our opinions of the game are...or something.
-
CJ and YamiCJ agreeing AND working together?
...My friends, the apocalypse is upon us..
-
Yami CJMErl: It's not the first time, bunghole.
-
At any rate, the game looks like it totally pwns. I might have to pick up a copy...
-
CJMErl: You should. It rawks.
-
I'll pass the game, after sonic 3d there wasnt any really good 3d sonics (i still play sonic 3d :P it rocks)
-
Are you kidding? Sonic 3D Blast, aside from being a 2D game, was the worst of the 3D Sonic games!
Holy crap I just realised that CJ edited his first post and added a comic to it!
-
CJMErl: Uhhhhhh...that's comic's BEEN there.
Yeah...on a lighter note, here's something I found over on GameFAQs:

Firstly, I fought Black Bull and thought it sounded familiar. Then I realised that was the name of Black Shadow's Machine. Maybe it was coincidence, but then, on another path, I fought against the "Blue Falcon". Sound familiar?
Anyone else noticed these references?
--
CJMErl: Seriously, I'm surprised I didn't notice it before. I bet the references were from when SEGA worked on F-Zero GX.
-
Oh, it didn't load the first time I loaded this thread. My bad.
-
CJMErl: Looky, I found cheat codes!
Shadow the Hedgehog for GCN - Action Replay

Wow, people still cheat in games?
You'd think because games are so god damn easy nowadays, there would be no one with the need to use them.
-
That's right boahs! Back in our day, we beat games in one day and we liked it! We didn't have none of yer fancy save features.

*As Skullman in VGCats*Get away from me, you assless freak.*shot*

I am confused.

Lets see...no.
I have yet to play a 3D sonic I like(Heros was okay) and Shadow the Headhog is getting horrible reviews. I may possibly rent it...if I somehow can't think of a better game.
Now Sonic Rush...I may get that...but I want a lot more DS games before that.

CJMErl: Yeah, by all those so-called "professional" reviewers. People that actually PLAY the game are loving it.
-
I also trust what VG Cats tells me...and...it tells me no.
-
Shadow the Hedgehog will suck. It is inevitable. Want proof?
look at the fucking voice actors.
Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnick Mike Pollock
Sonic Jason Griffith
Shadow Jason Griffith
Amy Rose Lisa Ortiz
Miles "Tails" Prower Amy Palant
Espio the Chameleon Jason Griffith
Knuckles the Echidna Dan Green
Notice anything? THEY ALL WORK FOR 4KIDS. 4Kids sucks. Don't be 4Kids' bitch and don't buy the fucking game. Kthax
-
CJMErl: 4Kids sucks, yes...but when you place SEGA in charge of the voice actors, their quality improves greatly.
...oh, and I knew about that whole fiasco AGES ago.
-
Ages spelled backwards is Sega.
-
SEGA was good...AGES ago...

If there's ANYONE I want to see toting a giant bazooka, and riding the hell out of a motorcycle, it should be Sonic. Shadow can choke on deez.
-
Hey, come on now...
You gotta give Sega some credit for mixing Metroid, GTA, and Sonic together. In what other game out there can you:
a. steal a motorcycle and shoot at an alien hovercraft down I-49
b. kill an alien, pick up it's weapon, and operate it without ANY training
c. get so pissed off at people/aliens that you either blast through the level super-fast or blow up in place to deal damage or
d. collect the Chaos Emeralds for a chance to kill SONIC!!
...and for their first try, I think they did a very good job.
...after all, every one of us has wanted to plug Sonic full of holes at some point or another. Not me, though. Sonic rocks.
Yes, there are some things that make the game a little funny at times (like the Black Bull and Blue Falcon references, or the tendency to fall into voids), but this is what a Sega game should be. It just needs a little work.

This was one of the worst Sonic games ever made. Bad collision detection, clucky controls, infurating level design, ugly graphics, unresponsive gameplay....
Falling through solid floors is not my idea of fun.
The ONLY redeeming quailties to this game is are the cutscenes and the alternate endings.
3/10

Well, at least SOMEONE other than me liked it...

BONUS STAGE

After hearing the soundtrack for a second time, I must admit some of the songs in the game were excellent.
Now, I'd give a 4/10
-
an F- - - - - - -. WEWT

C'mon guys, it can't be as bad as Sonic Adventure 2.
-
Don't underestimate the power of the force

That was actuallly okay, it didn't have as many glitches as any of the other 3d Sonic games, and personally I found it to be the most enjoyable.
Still a bad game, though.
-
Tell me about it, I personally liked Sonic Adventure 1 (And also DX cuz its the same fucking game) but it was still pretty awful.
If I wanted different gameplay, I wouldn't have gotten a Sonic game.
