When the movie is straming:

right-click (not on the movie, but on the site)

go to "View Source"

Coding comes up in Notepad, press Ctrl+F

search for ".mov"

highlight the whole file name that has ".mov" in it

make an HTML document that directly links to the filename

right-click on the hyperlink that you created in HTML, and click save as

BOOM
