Couldn't read most of it, but I understand that they air Poke'mon, X-Men, and Megaman.

There's a bit of irony on the "hero" forum of a digi-destined standing with Pikachu, and Megaman

How did we get screwed out of all these good toons!?

A) The majority of those cartoons have already aired here, albeit not on the same channel(s).

B) FOX USA sold out their perfectly good Saturday Morning lineup to 4Kids.

Dr. Light was such an asshole at that part.

"No, I'm sure it was the guidance system, which may I remind you was the part you did.  And since you're pretty bad at making stuff while I'm pretty much perfect at robo-crafting, it must have been your fault."

I mean, it's no wonder Dr. Wily went crazy.  Plus there's the whole part where Dr. Light "catches" him stealing the plans.  I bet if Dr. Wily hadn't done it first, Dr. Light was going to swipe the plans for his own evil uses.
