Yeah, kinda curios there so I can avoid taking overdoses to stay awake.

Even if I already gave overdoses up already, but that aint the point.

I don't think zinc can kill you. There should be a warning on the bottle, but I think zinc is just like vitamin C. Once your body has reached its saturation point it all just gets processed out.

Ok i hate most of you, too much of anything can kill you btw i was dead fro 30 and i got a blood transfusion and stomche pumped.. . .
