That's a picture of my popup blocker. The best part is, those all came on one page. From Photobucket. I have the lamest spyware on my computer ever.

Actually, I was thinking about my MSFT one with the main character and 3D Cthulhu hanging out in the real world, but that works too!

I had firefox, couldn't stop the popups. Advanced Browser is so much better. Faster, too.

I suggest you use a combination of AdAware and Spybot, followed by the posting of a potential hijacking log provided by HijackThis.  That way you can clear out every last instance of malware, especially if you do scans in Safe Mode where they can't hide themselves.

In addition to that, you should start to use Firefox to prevent further culmination of malicious software.  If you combine Firefox with the powerful Adblock extension, you can even block regular banner ads:



GameFAQs has never looked so clean! (Well except for the time before it sold itself out).
