How do you put pictures in your sig? Paste em in or put in a url?

Ok well you put the image tags and in between you put the url of the image you wanna use...


An Example would be

It helps to use Image shack to host the image then choose the "Direct link to image" option, and you just copy and paste it into the sig portion of your profile, then whenever you post the image will show up...
