GUNS N ROSES X series

I remember hearing about how many songs sounded like Guns and roses songs in the Mega man X series. the one i know about was neon tigers theme in mmx3  was "My Michelle" and thats all i know about, and some of the bosses in mmx5 were named of from the members of G & R, is there any more songs like G&R or something familiar, to rock tunes or bands, i saw on a website, flash mans song is supposed to be a Metallica song, and thats all i know     :)

Yeah, one time I made up a fake MMX fighting game, and I made some of the Mavericks' win quotes lyrics from GN'R songs. I was also planning to do some kind of fanfic thing where Axle The Red, Duff McWhaller, Dark Dizzy, Izzy Glow, Grizzly Slash and Squid Adler are in a rock band (it was supposed to be like a Spinal Tap type of thing).

A friend of mine tells me that one songs from Mega Man (The first one) used the melody from a ELO song.

Superyoshi:
There's only one Guns 'N Roses based song in Mega Man X and My Michelle is it.

Not to mention all 8 of X5's English Maverick name are related to Guns 'N Roses in some way or another.

The stage is Elecman, and the band is REM, not ELO.
