Yeah, kinda curios there so I can avoid taking overdoses to stay awake.
Even if I already gave overdoses up already, but that aint the point.

Any kind of overdose can hurt you, even just simple tylenol.

Umm, well does anyone know the number of Zinc tablets ye can have without getting sick?

I don't think zinc can kill you. There should be a warning on the bottle, but I think zinc is just like vitamin C. Once your body has reached its saturation point it all just gets processed out.

Yea too much of anything can kill you even vitamins will cause you disease of course for things like vitamins it takes long periods of overdosing.
People are over rated don't try overdosing if it says one, take one.

Well apparently I was wrong, but overdosing on most things will hurt you. As for zinc, I probably wouldn't do it just to be safe, plus it's dumb, and sleep is good.

Being gone from forums NMX was at, helped alot, I've stopped overdosing.
And...my mom found the pills and took them anyway.
