Yea too much of anything can kill you even vitamins will cause you disease of course for things like vitamins it takes long periods of overdosing.
People are over rated don't try overdosing if it says one, take one.

Soph, I don't care if you like me or not, I'm just glad you're ok. Suicide is the coward's way out these days, as there's no real purpose in your death. Life's too worth it, and you're upsetting Kas. It's not right. I consider you a friend, don't make me lose another, please.

Well apparently I was wrong, but overdosing on most things will hurt you. As for zinc, I probably wouldn't do it just to be safe, plus it's dumb, and sleep is good.

Being gone from forums NMX was at, helped alot, I've stopped overdosing.

And...my mom found the pills and took them anyway.
