What's your favorite music from each Metroid game? Here's mine
Metroid-Brinstar Depths
Metroid 2-Dunno
Super Metroid-Norfair Ruins
Metroid Fusion-Final Mission, Escape!, and Sector 4
Metroid Zero Mission-Brinstar, Norfair, Kraid's LAir, Kraid Battle, Ridley's Lair, Ridley Battle, Tourian, escape
Metroid Prime-Title Screen, Intro, Tallon Overworld (the 1st one), Flaghar Battle, Magmoor Caverns, Phendora drifts 2, Space Pirate Battles, Crashed Space Frigate 2, MetaRidley battle
Metroid Prime 2-Title Screen, Main overworld (forgot name), Bottom Area of Torvus Bog, Sanctuary Fortress.

zero mission: kraid
metroid ii: title theme
super metroid: brinstar red soil swampy area
metroid fusion: srx
metroid prime: hard to say. i like all of the music pretty well.
metroid prime 2: lower torvus (remix of my favorite from super metroid). the title theme is pretty good too, though.
edit: thought i would mention that from metroid metal (http://www.metroidmetal.com/), ridley is definitely my favorite.

supermetroid: The first area/room where your ship is after a few bosses and it stops raining.
metroidfusion: Battle angainst SA-X (for the last time, when you can actually damage her)
I haven't played any primes or zero mission.

Metroid Fusion: Ridley's theme.
Zero Mission: Kraids theme, Ridley's theme
Smash Bros Melee: Brinstar, Brinstar Depths.

Metroid: Kraid's Hideout
Metroid II: Title Screen (Metroid II wasn't exactly the best Metroid music-wise >.>)
Super Metroid: Norfair Ancient Ruins (I love almost every song in this game, so this was hard)
Metroid Fusion: Vs. Box
Metroid Prime: Ending Staff Roll (Again, I love almost every song in this one, too)
Metroid Zero Mission: Kraid's Hideout
Haven't played Metroid Prime 2 yet. So I have yet to hear any music XD.

Metroid: Brinstar theme(by the way, for those of you that like the Kraid theme, check out Overclocked Remix (http://www.ocremix.org/alpha.php?alpha=M))
Metroid II: Erm... the main theme... I don't know if the different parts of SR388 had names, but it's the first area with the lava.
Super Metroid: New Brinstar, the Final Escape theme and the Credits theme.
Fusion: Eeh, I don't really remember the music from this one...
Prime: Uhh... I haven't... played this one... yet.
Zero Mission: I liked the Kraid music like this, mostly for the first few seconds of it.
Prime 2: Err.. again.

I like Super Metroid music the most, but I most recently played Prime.
Off that one I like the menu music so much, and then Phendrana Drifts, I love it because it's so atmospheric and serene. That's the way most of the music was except for Space Pirate music and Magmoor.
Omega Pirate was pretty sweet. Like a lollipop. only without the loli.

Oh, I forgot, Metroid Prime: Hunters: First Hunt has a cool song for the Survival mode.

Metroid- I really can't decide. I liked all the songs in this game.
Metroid: Zero Mission- Same as above.
Metroid Prime: Echoes- Torvus Bog
I haven't played any of the other games.

i liked 'hunters' from prime 2 a lot, great remix of one of the super metroid brinstar themes :) this song is prolly not my all time fav though, i'd have to look up which one that is

Metroid 2 did not have a brinstar. They have places to kill lil metroids.

I don't think there's a chorus in that version of the theme. In the Zero Mission version of the Kraid theme, there's a chorus.

NO Im serious! You are On the Planet SR-388 ( Correct me if Im wrong ) You start you have Missles & You jump... & You have to kill Metroids, Actually Alpha-Beta-Zeta-OMEGA- Queen <-- Only one Queen, No king.
At the End There is a Lil metroid That thinks that Samus is it's mother.
Next stop, Super Metroid.....

Bladegash always, about 98% of the time, makes some form of joke in his posts. Bladegash + seriousness are not a common mix. When he said that Brinstar is in metroid II, he was joking. A lot of us have played Metroid II, if not all of us big posters, and we know Bladegash, so we let it slide.
But anyways........
