Title: That one GBA rom site...
Post by: Anonymous on December 22, 2005, 02:01:11 pm
What was that one amazing ROM site someone gave me?  It had huge DS, N64, GBA, GBC, SNES, NES, etc, collections, but I can't find the link anymore since my Firefox bookmarks cleared out :(

Ha!  So that proves I'm not the only one who's having the same problems.  Twice!

Anyways, I just go to www.dgemu.com for GBA roms.  You have to sign up and have a limited amount of bandwith you can take from them, but I like it.

I recommend www.romreactor.net.  Few DS ROMS, but plenty of other ROMS and emulators.

I was also going to recommend that but I hate it for two reasons.

1. TONS of Pop-ups
2. The site is incredibly slow.  It takes around 5 minutes for your download to come up.

Yeah, it was RomReactor.  But I'll try some of the other sites too.

The good thing about Romreactor though is that there's no signing up, and if you just have a decent Popup blocker or have a built in Popup blocker for your explorer, you best that part. The 5 minutes thing isn't so bad, it keeps the server from freaking out and everyone can get the roms they want.

I concur.  Now only if they'd get with the program concerning DS ROMs...

I'm sure if they had an Emulator out that could play commercial DS roms, they'd have DS Roms. As it is, the one DS emulator out won't play them yet. So, in short, wait for a working DS Emulator if you want them to grab DS Roms.

And the other reason to get DS ROMs.. is to play them on an actual DS.

No thanks.  I can't afford an energy virus right now.
