Title: UPDATE [2005.05.16]
Post by: protoman on May 17, 2005, 12:00:30 am
pursue the ideal

Just a quick note ... to say that I've posted Mega Man Zero 1-4 and Mega Man Network Transmission, as well as two special remix albums in the Original Series area. Note that the Zero and Battle Network series are available today along with the Original, Game Boy and Legends series music, because today was the clearest day as far as bandwidth was concerned. I realize that it makes the most sense to put Zero with X, but it did not make any sense in terms of bandwidth use, because X is always the worst day for bandwidth use (even worse than all the Other Games combined!).

I decided that, because I'll be out of town for the next week (21st birthday woo), I should post the Mega Man stuff contributed by neothe0ne first, and the other stuff later. If you're impatient, you can always just get it out of his directory (http://www.protoman.com/neothe0ne)!

Until next time ...
- Protoman

I'm pretty surprised that the X series gets the most bandwidth use.  The X games' music is practically ALL very good, but I would have imagined the better tracks in Original and Other Games would far outnumber X.

Oh, and Road To X also contains Mega Man X songs, and you should probably mark out MM Zero 1-3 as remastered... ;)

Hey Protoman, I don't know if you've finished with DarkCloud's Rockman 4 & 6 complete works songs, but I've finished Rockman 4 and have no intentions to torture myself through 6.  They'll be up later tonight in Lame APS. :)

This might sound stupid and I appologize first before I ask but is it ok to get these songs? I mean with the government cracking down on MP3 downloading and such. I hate to sound stupid and ask this. Sorry again for asking this stupid question. :?

Yeah it's fine. THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT STOP THE AWESOMENESS THAT IS TPH!!!!

And if you don't tell I won't. ;)

But seriously, it's ok. The government is cracking down on PtP sharing stuff like KazaA. But this is still fine...I think...

So long as there's no official soundtrack and the companies aren't losing money, it should be okay.

You can also download better quality versions at some other website!  Damn I can't remember what it's called, blues.com or something.  Manproto.com?  No that's not it.
