"Ratbastard", as he is known now, was a Guest who spammed up the entire TPH system because he was looking for Kirby and Pokemon MP3s. He never registered, and always used nicknames like "Rats" and "Manchester". He is, perhaps, the number one driving force behind the recent demand for more active moderation a few months back.
His name, of course, came from when Yami was getting quite sick of him (especially since he couldn't really do anything), and blurted out "ratbastard" while ranting at him.
