XD, actually, my birthday isn't for another half hour (EST), it's the 22nd. But, damn, thanks a bunch for remembering, Lazlo! And thanks to everyone else! My party was saturday (I usually don't have birthday parties, but since it's my 16th we had one), and I got a total of around $300 and a cell phone (never been able to get one. FINALLY my parents give in XD). I usually don't get more than $100 for my b-day. So I'm quite the happy clam now. Just went to EB today and bought quite a few NES and Genesis games, and Sonic Gems Collection. I'm thinking of buying a PSP, too. If I can find it at a low price.

Ah, so another has a Swift 16? (Yes, I know the term is sweet 16, but who am I? SWIFTMAN, that's who! I jsut gave it a small rename to make it sound cooler [especcially for a guy. I mean, does a guy want to be sweet? Not in most cases. I know I'd rather be Swift than Sweet {in most cases. *winks*}])

Funny though, I just finished attending a birthday party. Everyone started to leave, so I unlocked all the characters in Soul Calibur II (not all the extra crap, just the first 7 chapters of Weapon Master). Yay, go me. *stabs self in chest*

One of the coolest weapon based fighters around, Swift. Played it all the time in the arcades and now I got myself a copy. ^_^

Weapon based? As in.... Like using other things to brutally injure people? I LIKE THAT! (ut it will never compare to the Punisher, even though that's not a fighting game, it still has plenty of violence)

One of the first to hit home consoles. Soul Caliber was awesome. Not only that, Heihachi from Tekken, Link, and Spawn guest starred in that game!!!

Who all sucked, but yeah. One of the best 3D engines fora fighting game. The 8-way run allows you to actually be moving in 3D with ease; unliek Tekken where it stays on a 2D view in which you can move around. It just doesn't feel the same as Soul Calibur. Granted there's still a lot of problems with the engine, it's still a great game and hopefully will be polished up a lot more with the next installment.
Lots of great stuff, like better grab break system, better OTG system, a few more characters.

Brokenxinfinity. Once he gets inside there's just no stopping him. He's strong and can do juggle damage near the equivilant of Astaroth.
But really, I just hate all the extras. They sorta ruin that whole 'in-game' feeling. It'd be like adding Ryu to Guilty Gear *shudder*
I mean, I guess they're sorta fun to use. But it's just so obvious that they were not thought out well, meerly cash characters.
Kinda like How they put Akuma, Chun, Ken, and Ryu in Street Fighter III. I really wish they were gone.

Anway, comments on things that have happend: Soul Caliber II I once played in an arcade, it was was pretty cool, but I didn't really get to explore it. I was 16 for a year once, so that was kinda like being sixteen every day. Hoser may be a compliment, but in America it's still Canadian.
