Ingredients:
1 Boboli pizza crust
Jack Daniels BBQ sauce (mild or hot, doesn't matter)
2 Tyson Chicken Breasts
1 cup shredded mozzerella
1 cup shredded mexican cheese
1 cup shredded chedder (mild)
1 cup monterey jack(shredded)
Microwave chicken breasts untilfully cooked, shred. place on Bobolli crust, coverin BBQ sauce overtop of chicken shreds, spreading evenly to form a coating. Spread cheeses over top of sauce so that they blend. Place pizza in pre-heated oven set for 375 degrees. Cook for 30-35 min, or until all cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Slice and serve.
I'm town-famous for this one.

I learned it from a New Yorker from Brooklyn. Except he used pizza sauce and soaked the chicken in BBQ sauce. Nasty aftertaste.

Pizza Hut had a version of it a while back. But it wasn't mine. Besides, I said "Town-famous." Meaning NOT world-reknown. But everyone in the neighborhood who knows I make it, (and it's a small community, believe me.) loves it.
