:/

if you haven't heard the music from this game, let me just say, it is phenomenal. the game also holds a special place in my heart, because this was the first mega man game i played (in 1995) ...

maybe next time, i guess.

btw, if people want to patrol the ebays (the united kingdom and australia are probably best) and post wily wars auctions here, that would be great (and you would get all the music for download here, too! ;)

well, as far as i'm concerned, if you're not that hardcore, you might as well go elsewhere! :P

I totally agree, Im just saying:

if months go by without luck of getting these songs, we could at least settle for the emulator ones until we find the real game

update: it turns out only days will go by before the music is on tph - i (with the help of tph co-conspirator mugenmidget) have bought the game and it's on its way to my "recording studio!" ;)

With the sega Genesis emulator Gens there's a wave recorder built right into the whole program. I made a Wily Wars soundtrack using that and the music test at the beginning.

Would you want me to rip all of the songs for you, Protoman?  I've already got a lot (from a few years back) but I can rip the entire sound test in a few days.

EDIT:  Whoops, I didn't read all the posts, heh.  Sorry about that.

There's no need to really rip anything from emulators in the future since Heatman of www.planet-megaman.com seems to have good tabs on emulated rips.

Protoman is where you come for the "warmer" AKA greater stuff.

I'm surprised to see such love of the music in Wily Wars. I know many who hate it compared to the original tracks.

I'm sort of split. There are some I love and some I think are mangled.
