Ah, good to hear. We could use you, Lord Atmo. Any rookie that has good grammar and spelling such as yours is very welcome. I always thought that Tiger was a little arrogant when I saw him sign all of his posts, but he has such style and grace that you can't help but like him. (makes an excellent neutral party, and an excellent salesman, what with all his sunglass shines and all) Well, so to say, Tiger had not the best start with me, but you have Atmo, and so you should stay.
*holds out hand* Good to have you aboard.

tph still uses a huge amount of bandwidth due to the torrent client it's running seeding all the torrents. it's just not as huge an amount as it was before.

Heh. Imagine the time that would take on dial-up. Harder than the free World of Warcraft I stumbled on one day... (I would have gotten it, but 2 gigs? On DIAL-UP!? HA HA HA AHA HA HA! If I had the Superline, I could get it in half a second, but on dial-up? Even 5 megs is almost too big.

Well, though it's sad to see HTTP downloads going away, I don't mind BT. Anyway, can someone seed the MMZ 4 torrent? Some peers and me are all stuck at 12%. Thanks.

i love how he is unlazy enough to register for the forum, yet he is too lazy to download bittorrent. it takes like half as many clicks ... >_>

It's a real bitch to instal Bittorrent to my computer, considering i shgare it with 3 other people, and I am not in charge of adminatsrtive options which disable |Bittrorrent and my parents are too cheap to get me my own fucking computer.

The HTTP downloads were SO much easier in my curerent sitation.

I've been waiting to download the Shining Force soundtracks for days now...still at 0.0%.  BitTorrent gets me excited then knocks me down, then it kicks me in the ass and laughs at me.  Everything here downloads fine though (I only downloaded Streets of Rage, so I'd assume everything else would work fine).  But damn, when will it find a source that I can download the Shining Force soundtracks?!

You guys don't seem to understand the nature of BitTorrent.  BitTorrent is peer-to-peer, so it would theoretically be much faster than an HTTP server with a small transfer cap.  Problem is that some people can't keep their computers on, or can't seed because they changed the songs' tags looooong ago...
agerly anticipating:
Super Smash Bros. Revolution, Metroid Prime 3, Zelda: Twilight Princess, and last but not least, DDR SuperNOVA!
