Apart from men who might be conditioned, just plain tough, or too skilled to let you get a kick in, what if your emotional assailant is female?

Having experience with females who are one's enemy in every sense of the word and have absolute murderous intent towards you, the breast punch will give you enough time to get away or think of something better.

I know it sounds crude to those of you who have never been in this sort of situation with women or men, and perhaps difficult to imagine, but there are times for some people when your life is in danger and the person's gender who's putting it in danger is of little importance. All's fair in war when you have to survive, and they feel the same way.
