It's more than okay to be sad, and even to sulk a little while. Much like venting when you're angry. You feel a certain way, you let it out, and you feel better. The extremes are dwelling on the feelings unnecessarily and too long, or trying to deny the feelings altogether and bottling them up. So... yeah. I can't believe I have a sasquatch as a son. Who'd I have that one with?! Hopefully not another father. Hahaha anyone ever seen Dennis Quaid's "Enemy Mine"?
