For some reason, when in my profile and I select my avatar to be a sweeping broom from ff1, it just stays as the first frame and doesn't move at all. I know they work, cause Herb has one. Do I have to upload it from a url and not from my hard drive?

It looks fine'n animated for me. Doesn't have much of a feeling of movement though.

It's not sad, herb. I don't know how, no matter how hard I try (three different programs, and none work to how I want.)
And broom, it's not animated to me. I know it works, I've seen it on different forums but not here. My internet version, maybe?

I'm using Firefox, and the broom is animated (two frames...).

Use a GIF Animator program to make animated GIFs.  My favorite is "Microsoft GIF Animator," found on my antique priceless FrontPage 98 CD.  You could also try Jasc's software.
