Slight issue with a download...

Protoman, I have a question.

Y'see, when I went to download the theme of Zero from the Mega Man X7 group, I only got about 7 or 8 seconds, but it's listed at 1:15!  Was there an issue that day with the server?  I'm going to try again tomorrow.

It happens sometimes.  It's not just TPH, it can happen anywhere.  Delete your temporary internet files and try downloading it again.
