Desert- "Take this Megaman!" Gutsman shouted. Gutsman was about to hurl a huge boulder until he was deactivated by something.

"What happened?" Megaman thought. Then Gutsman reactivated and just threw the boulder. Megaman jumped out of the way. He blasted Gutsman with his blaster and sent Gutsman flying backwards. Protoman soon showed up.

"You okay bro?" Protoman asked.

"Yea. You know what?" Megaman asked.

"What?" Protoman replied.

"I think Gutsman caught a virus." Megaman said.

Dr. Light's lab- "Are you telling me that Gutsman caught a virus? That you think can spread?" Dr.Light asked.

"Yeah. He wouldn't just deactivated himself you know. Something's going on and I don't like it." Protoman replied.

"Protoman's right. Someone must have made the virus, it wouldn't just show up in a robot." Roll said.

"Well, my guess is that Dr. Wily planted it on Gutsman to try to make me catch the virus." Megaman said. "Too bad it didn't work."

"I'm not so sure that Wily sent it Megaman. If we can only get a piece of Gutsman's armor or any part of him....." Dr. Light began.

"Yea but then it will effect us!" Roll said.

"Then let me come with you to search for Gutsman. Megaman can blow off a piece of his armor and I'll go and take the part. Then I will see what kind of virus we are dealing with." Dr. Light suggested.

"O.K." Megaman agreed. Megaman, Protoman and Dr.Light went on Rush and flew off to look for Gutsman.

The City- "There he is!" Megaman shouted.

"Hi Megaman! Back for more?" Gutsman asked. Gutsman wasn't alone. Out of a few corners of buildings came Elecman, Waveman, Skullman and Cutman. Cutman took off his blade and chucked it at Megaman. Elecman was about to electrify Megaman until he overloaded! Megaman knew Elecman had the virus so he blasted off a piece of Elecman's armor in high power. Protoman and Megaman jumped off Rush to hold off the other bots so Dr. Light can go and get the piece of Elecman's armor.

"I got it!" Dr. Light shouted. Rush turned into jet-mode and Dr. Light went on. Protoman and Megaman blasted the bots a few more times and then hopped on Rush. Dr. Light wrapped the armor piece around with a paper towel. Skullman and Waveman were the only ones left standing. They kept firing at Megaman and Protoman.

Dr. Light's lab- "Megaman, Protoman, Roll, Rush! Come here quick!" Dr. Light shouted.

"What is it?" Protoman asked.

"That virus multiplies once every second. It can take over a robot like Gutsman in ten minutes! It will cause a robot to loose power, strength, energy and memory. This isn't just something that would happen in an ordinary robot. Someone created it." Dr. Light said.

"Whoa. That would explain everything.

"However, robots with solid titanium will not be infected." Dr. Light added. Suddenly, a green hole just opened up at the center of the room. Megaman was the first to spot it. Soon the others saw it. Out of the hole was a blue robot just like Megaman he had a arm cannon just like Megaman too.

"Greetings. I'm X. I am a repliod bot from the future." X said.

"Um.. Hi. I'm Megaman." Megaman said nervously. X looked around. He spotted Dr.Light.

"Dr. Light I presume?" X said. Dr.Light nodded. "I have come to warn you about a virus that has been brought here in this time. Six robots named Sigma, Vile, Storm Eagle, Neon Tiger, Sting Chameleon and Armored Armadillo have been sent into your time to plant the virus on a robot. They haven't gone yet. Sigma is the leader of the bots. He is the most evilest robot ever created. The bots that he brought with him are called Mavericks. I'm here also to destroy those bots and destroy the plague."

"You came at the right time and place.... X." Protoman said.

"Yes." X turned to Dr.Light.

"Who are you really? Are you like my son Megaman?" Dr. Light asked.

"I'm really not sure Dr. Light. I have no memory of my past. I only know that years from now that you created me."

"WHAT?" Dr. Light shouted. Megaman just felt jealously arise in his circuits. He didn't know why but it just happened.

"CAN'T WE TALK ABOUT THIS LATER? DON'T WE HAVE A VIRUS TO STOP?" Megaman shouted.

"Whoa! Calm down bro." Protoman said. He motioned Rush to transform into jet mode. Rush nodded and barked. Protoman jumped on Rush. Megaman did the same. "X, you should come."

"That is exactly why I'm here." X said. He jumped on Rush. Rush whined.

"Rush can't hold us all. It is too heavy for him." Proto exclaimed.

"You can take my new invention. It is called the Hover Craft." Dr.Light said.

"Thanks." X thanked.

"HEY! Dr. Light, you said I could be the first to try it out!" Megaman shouted.

"Well.....-" Dr.Light started.

"WE GOT A VIRUS TO STOP! Lets go!" Protoman shouted. Dr.Light left the room. Megaman grumbled and jumped on Rush. X went on the Hover Craft and they all flew off.

Location- Unknown- "Vile, report." Sigma said.

"The virus is effecting Dr. Albert Wily's robots but Dr. Thomas Light's robots are not effected except one." Vile said.

"We have trouble." Storm Eagle said. He and Sigma flew into the air and spotted X, Megaman, Protoman and Rush.

"Let them come." Sigma said. "We will plan a surprise attack." Storm Eagle nodded and told the other Mavericks to hide.

"Let's move down there." X said. Protoman motioned Rush to land. Rush did so. Megaman and Protoman jumped off. X landed and jumped off the Hover Craft.

"Jeez, it is just a bunch of buildings." Megaman remarked.

"There is something here." X said.

"My my. You are right again X." A voice boomed.

"Sigma." X growled.

"I know. Care to dance with my mavericks?" Sigma asked. Storm Eagle, Armored Armadillo, Sting Chamelion, Neon Tiger and Vile came out of the shadows.

"Six against four. I don't like those odds." Protoman said.

"I know. But we do." Vile said as he fired a shot at X. However, X fired back and jumped out of the way. The blast X shot hit and damaged Vile's arm. Protoman fired at Storm Eagle but the shots bounced right off. Megaman tried to blast Sting Chamelion at full power but that bounced off too.

"What gives?" Megaman asked.

"I don't know." Protoman replied. Storm Eagle coughed up a egg and unleashed a bunch of robot birds that slashed Megaman's arm off. Sting Chameleon stung Protoman and Neon Tiger slashed Rush to bits.

"Face it X. You are out numbered. Those other friends you have won't do you any good." Vile shouted.

"Well, I still have a chance Vile!" X said. He fired a full blast shot at Vile and missed. Instead it hit Armored Armadillo on the armor.

"I got X Vile!" Storm Eagle shouted as he lifted X from the back.

"Good." Vile said. He fired a strong blast at X. It blew offhalf of X's arm. X SCREAMED.

"That is enough for you Vile. The rest of X is for me." Sigma said. "It's been nice knowing you."

"NO!" Protoman shouted. He fired a full blast blaster shot at Sigma. It bounced off. Sigma switcched his attention to Protoman. Sigma fired a shot at Protoman and blew off his arm. Megaman was MAD. Without thinking, he just kept firing at Sigma.

"Tsk. Tsk. You robots never learn." Sigma said. He fired a huge blast at Megaman that lew off his arm too. Sigma turned his attention to X.

"Now... Where was I? Oh yes! You were a nice opponent X. Farewell." Sigma said.

"I don't think so." A voice shouted. A blast hit Sigma from behind. Sigma fell on Vile who fell on Armored Armidallo who fell on Sting Chameleon who fell on Neon Tiger. Storm Eagle was wondering what was going on. Then another blast blew off Storm Eagle's arm cannon.

"What?" X wondered. Then out of the shadows was a red and gray repliod. The robot had long yellow hair that dropped down in a river of gold and carried a beam sabre at his back.

"Hey, I wouldn't yet you have all the fun!" The repliod said.

"Zero. It figures." Vile said.

"I know. You can always tell that it's me." Zero said. Zero blasted Vile back down who fell bakc on Sigma, who fell back on ( I don't really have to get into this part because I know you know what happens.) Protoman and Megaman got up. They fixed up their arms and Rush fixed himself up too.

"Whoa! Coll hardware!" Protoman exclaimed.

"Thanks." Zero said. They all flew on their vheicles. Zero stayed with X on the Hover Craft.

Dr. Light's Lab~ "You couldn't stop the virus?" Dr. Light asked.

"No." Megaman said as he and Protoman walked in.

"Why not-" Roll began. She sptooed Zero and gasped. "WHO IS SHE?"

"What did you say?" Zero asked.

"Um... Roll, Zero is a he. That was a really bad move there." X warned. X was right. In a millisecond, Roll found herself pinned on the wall. Megaman gasped and helped her down.

"That wasn't nessasarry!" Megaman shouted. Zero shrugged.

"She got me mad. Who ever gets me mad pays a price." Zero said. He lifted Megaman up. "Do you want to see your price?"

"Knock it off Zero." X warned.

"Um.. Where did you dig up this guy X?" Protoman asked.

"I FOUND SOMETHING! i FOUND SOMETHING THAT CAN INCREASE SOMEONE'S BLASTER POWER! I DON'T BELIVE IT!" Dr. Light shouted.

"COOL!" Protoman shouted. He ran towards his father. "Try it on me."

"Hey! He tried everything! I need a chance dad!" Megaman screamed. He pushed his brother. Bad move. Protoman shot Megaman with a full balst that blew off half his arm.

"You qualified Protoman! Wait. Oops. WHAT DID YOU DO! NOW MEGAMAN CAN'T USE IT! I guess I have to give it to you then." Dr. Light said.

"YES!" Protoman shouted laughing. Then he realized what he did to his brother. "Oh. OOPS is right. Sorry bro."

"That... Is... Alright. I think." Megaman said sarcastically.

"O.... Kay." Protoman said.

"Come with me to get the new upgrade. X, I think you can wait so just wait." Dr. Light commanded.

"Yes Dr. Light." X said. As soon as Dr. Light and Protoman left, Megaman and Roll left too to repair themselves.

"There is one thing I don't get X. Why do you take orders from that human?" Zero asked.

"Because he built me Zero. I think after a few years later. He was the first to build reploids. If he didn't, you wouldn't be here today." X said. He saw Zero not say a word. Then X left to help Dr. Light improve Protoman's arm cannon power. Zero was all alone in the Main Room.

Oh X. If only you know of my past. Zero thought.

Unknown Location ~ "HOW THE HELL DID THAT RED AND WHITE STUPID ROBOT GET HERE? ZERO CAN RUIN ALL MY PLANS! VILE! YOU BETTER COMPLETE YOUR MISSION! DO YOU HEAR?" Sigma shouted.

"Yes." Vile said covering his ears. The other Mavericks did too.

"Boss, Zero is a good fighter and he trashed a whole lot of us back at our time you know and also he helped X kill-" Neon Tiger declared.

"I KNOW THAT TIGGER!" Sigma bellowed. Neon Tiger whimpered and hid behind Vile. Vile looked down at Neon Tiger with pity and then Vile shook his head. "Good. I got your attention X Zero Hunters. Now. You are all to find and wash off the name Zero and X from the face of this planet!" Sigma turned to face all the Mavericks in one position. Then he said in a sweet voice: "Understood?"

"Y-y-yes!" The mavericks except Vile stammered.

"Good. NOW GO!" The mavericks ran around scared and trying to find the exit to the building. All except Vile. The purple war robot was never afraid. He shook his head and walked straight to the exit while the other reploids were still wondering which universe they are in.

"THIS WAY OKAY?" Vile shouted. The others understood and all bundled up together to get out quickly. Sigma shook his head and blasted them out.

"This will be a looooooooong night." Sigma said.

"Hurry up! We have to stop that virus and fast!" X shouted.

"I know. Ahh. There! Protoman, charge up to your new fourth level and then fire! It can destroy a few parts of solid titanium robots." Dr. Light said.

"ALL RIGHT! COOL!" Protoman shouted. Soon Megaman walked in.

"I still think it isn't fair." Megaman whined.

"Stop being little my younger sibling!" Protoman said.

"STOP CALLING ME LITTLE!" Megaman shouted. He shot a blast into the roof. The roof was 3/4 blown up! Protoman looked at the fallen roof and shook his head.

"Let's just go." Zero said to X. The blue reploid nodded and jumped on the Hover Craft. Porotman motioned Rush to turn into jet mode. Again. Then the four were off.

"I hate X. I HATE X!" Megaman shouted.

"Why?" Dr. Light asked. Megaman couldn't answer. He just stood there jumping up and down and muttering a lot of curses. "I don't know. Are you turning into a repliod? You seem a lot like one. Oh well. Anyway, X is my favorite bot. I can't believe I will build him." That made Megaman scream and run through the wall. Dr. Light opened his eyes really wide and went to a different room.

"@#$& *)$#! # %^ * #$@#$%$" Megaman shouted. Roll heard him and ran towards her older brother.

"At least they will get the job done!" Roll said. Suddenly, Megaman deactivated. Roll gasped. Auto gasped. Beat gasped. MEGAMAN HAD CAUGHT THE VIRUS! Roll, Beat, Tango and Auto ran to tell Dr. Light.

"WHOOO!" Protoman screamed. He charged up his blaster and shot a red, huge blast at Vile's arm and it was totally damaged. "I LOVE THIS WEAPON!"

"I know. It feels great at first but then later it might be hard to control." X warned as he blasted Sting Chameleon into a building. Protoman stopped enjoying his weapon and stared at X.

"What do you mean?" Protoman asked.

"Aw, don't listen to all so 'I don't like fighting' X. It is awesome to have this pure deadly energy!" Zero shouted as he slashed Armored Armadillo's armor off with his beam sabre.

"Zero!" X shouted.

"What?" Zero asked. X just shook his head back in reply.

"Oh well. TAKE THIS MAVRICK SCUM! YEA! COOL!" Protoman continued shouting. X and Zero trashed Sting Chameleon, Neon Tiger and Armored Armadillo. Vile and Storm Eagle were the only ones left.

"Vile. Me and you. One on one." Zero said.

"You're on!" Vile shouted. Zero jumped over Vile and shot a blast at him. Vile fell to the floor and Zero took out his sabre and slashed Vile into bits. Vile screamed and blew up. X stared at Zero wide eyed and was amazed.

"Hey! Where is Storm Eagle?" X asked. Suddenly, X spotted him moving slowly away. Storm Eagle saw X and ran towards him.

"Oh! Wow! Great going X! You killed Vile! That is amazing!" Storm Eagle shouted. X, looking confused wondered what Storm Eagle was up to.

"Quit the 'Oh I am pretending to be good' act Storm Eagle and get back to reality. Zero was about to slash Storm eagle when X stopped him.

"Let's hear him out." X said.

"Thank you! Thank you!" Storm Eagle shouted. Zero dragged X away from the whole group.

"HEAR HIM OUT! ARE YOU NUTS? SINCE WHEN DID YOU EVER TRUST A MAVERICK? ACUALLY, ARE YOU GOING MAVRICK?" Zero shouted right into X's ear. X covered his ear and waited for a while. Then he just stared a Zero.

"Say that again would you?" X said sarcastically. Zero made the "you are in big trouble" grin. X waved his hands around saying no. Zero still did the grin and picked up X.

"Do you want to commit suicide my repliod friend?" Zero asked. X shook his head. "Good." Zero replied. He gently put X down.

"Let's just try to hear him out Zero. See if we could dig up some information on the virus. And where Sigma is." X said. Zero hesitated. Then he nodded.

"So what are we going to do with him?" Protoman asked. X said nothing. He picked up Storm Eagle and pushed him towards a wall and lifted him up.

"Listen. We just need a bit of information and-" X began. Zero walked up to X.

"You don't know how to do this X. Let me." Zero replied. X nodded. Protoman and Rush walked back a little. X followed. "Good." Zero turned his attention to Storm Eagle. "Now where was I. Oh yeah. Ahem. NOW LISTEN UP MAVRICK SCUM! IF YOU DON'T GIVE ME THE ANSWERS I WANT, YOU WON'T SEE ANOTHER MINUTE AFTER THE QUESTION I ASK! UNDERSTAND MAVRICK?" Storm Eagle shrank and nodded scared. "Good." Zero said in a low voice. "WHERE THE HELL IS SIGMA?"

"He is at a power plant! Somewhere at the city! Somewhere near Tokyo!" Storm Eagle said quickly. Zero looked at X and nodded.

"I'll be nice today on you Mavericks. Even though I could blow you to bits. But I would rather save it for Sigma. So I will keep you here. Good bye." Zero said in a charming voice. Then they all got on the transportation and rode off to the power plant.

"Good job Storm Eagle." Vile said.

"Thanks. They fell for that so easily. Sigma's new super enchantments will destroy X and that scary Zero." Storm Eagle walked up to a pile of scrap metal. "Wow. These things look too real. You look too real. It is only us now. Too bad the other Mavericks didn't make a back up copy of themselves!" Storm Eagle said.

"Yes my chicken." Vile said. Storm Eagle and Vile flew towards the west.

Power Plant ~ "I DON'T like the looks of this." Protoman said.

"Me either." Rush said.

"It seems like we have been lead into a trap." Zero replied. He tried to blast a wall but the shots bounced off. The four went into the power plant but then all the exits have been brought down.

"DAMN. Shit. We are stuck here." X cursed.

"I know. Too bad." Sigma said. X, Zero, Protoman and Rush turned around and saw Sigma. With him was four of Dr. Wily's bots- Waveman, Gyroman, Toadman and Skullman and four Mavericks- Chill Penguin, Blizzard Buffalo, Crush Crawfish and Launch Octopus.

"Grr." Zero growled.

"We can take on the Mavericks Protoman. You take on your time bots." X ordered. Protoman nodded and got ready for attack.

"Face it. X and Zero, I am giving you a chance to join me. Even though you never agreed to do it anyway." Sigma said.

"No way. ****ma. Count me out!" Zero shouted.

"MAVRICKS, ATTACK!" Sigma shouted. ( Wait... Let's go back a bit. How did Skullman, Gyroman, Toadman and Waveman get with Sigma you ask? Well, Waveman and Skullman was walking sadly back to Skull Castle and then Sigma picked them up.)

"I'll ask Megaman to join the fun." Protoman said. He contacted his brother.

"YES! Some action! Sure. Be there!" Megaman said.

"Cool." Protoman replied. He charged towards Waveman and sent him flying. Skullman fired a barrage of plasma shots but Protoman blocked them with his shield. Toadman tried to jump on Protoman but missed. Rush jumped on Gyroman. Zero blasted a double blast at Chill Penguin and Blocked a blast of Sigma's blasts with his Beam Sabre.

"I'll take the Mavericks Zero. You take on Sigma!" X shouted.

"Right." Zero responded. Zero fired a beam sabre blast at Sigma. However, the blast bounced off. "What the f*c*?" Zero wondered.

"Hey! Chill Penguin! Chill out!" X shouted as he fired a totally charged up blast at Chill Penguin. Chill Penguin fell to the ground. Quickly, X ran towards Chill Penguin and copied his weapon. X smiled. He fired the Shotgun Ice at Crush Crawfish who froze.

Protoman was surrounded by Wily's bots. Suddenly a blast from behind Protoman made Toadman blow up.

"Need some help?" Megaman asked grinning.

"Cool." Protoman replied. He ran to Toadman and copied his Rain Flush weapon. Then Protoman grinned. Rush was trying to hold off Waveman. However, Waveman blew Rush all the way back and made him crash into Megaman.

"WHY AREN'T MY WEAPONS WORKING? F*C* THIS THING! TIME TO GO FULL POWER!" Zero cursed.
