Wow...I just played Sonic Rush

...and man does it suck.  I expected good things, like the original Sonic Advance.  But no, it's exactly like things like Sonic Advance 2 (Run.  That's it.). but with crappy 3D graphics in sprite backgrounds.

Congratulations, Sega.  I hope you had fun with the Sonic series.  Please kill him soon.

Kill Sonic? But I enjoyed him in Sonic Battle.... He has a gem or two still! They won't ever compare to the originals, but still, some are good!

Or maybe it's better to snuff him while he's down.

Yeah...that's GENERALLY what you have to do in the majority of Sonic games.  It's primarily what you had to do in the original games (Sonic 1-3, Sonic CD), so why not in Rush?

Here's what you don't get.  I haven't played Sonic Rush much but lemme ask you this.  Close your eyes while playing Sonic Advance 2 and do nothing but hold right.  You'll be surprised by the results.

Yeah you did only play it for 5 minutes or so XD. But I guess that's all it takes...

I would'nt waste my money on any of those for the GBA. I had the mispleasure of receiving sonic advance as a gift. It sucked hardcore.

Some good things just shouldn't be messed with.

I would like to see a revival of all the classic system games. 8, 16 bit and otherwise

Honestly, Sonic Advance 1 wasn't that bad a game.  No where near as great as the originals, but it wasn't a horrible game.  Around Sonic Advance 2 is where the series turned to crap.

What?! I've been looking forward to this game, and it apparently sucks? GAH! Now I'm pissed! I will not tolerate any more mediocre Sonic games! (Sonic Heroes, Sonic Advance 2, Sonic Advance 3) At least I still have the Revolution Sonic title to look forward to.

Hey, Sonic Advance 1 was a great game! Maybe I'm just comparing it to the 3D Sonic games, but I found it just great. Much better than those lame GameGear games, anyway ><

Maybe that's cause I never had a Game gear as a kid.  I remember always begging my parents to get it, too, heh.
