My old high school had power issues once...

...but they kept everybody in class until the issue was resolved.

But then again, this is the same district that sends their kids to school when there's THREE FEEET of snow outside...

Yesterday we had a power outage at my school durring the last period(it was a mid term day too) and we weren't dismissed, plus due to construction some of school was pitch black due to boarded up windows.
