dial-up cartoon loading

Here on tph, how long would it take to load the megaman cartoon with 56k dial-up? I want to see the cartoons, and I don't have access to high-speed. Any guesses?

I waited about ten, twenty minutes for it to load. That's long enough to download a 3 meg file on dial-up, and nothing happened. What size are the 56k video fiels, and from there I can estimate how long it'll take.

you don't actually download them ... well, you do, but they're streamed, which means that they should start to play almost immediately. have you tried installing the latest version of quicktime? you can get it at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

no need to worry about putting personal information in the blanks; just decheck all of the boxes and hit download and it should let you get away with it. once you've installed the latest version of quicktime, come back and see if the 56k vids still do nothing.

well, I'll wait til I move out and get high speed on my own time. My parent's dial-up is pretty horrible.

Thanks anyways, Protoman.
