What game out there, other than Megaman, is your favorite series or favorite single game out there?

I personally really like the r-type games by Irem. R-type 3 for the SNES was genius.

I just finished Metroid Prime, I loved it. I was so innovative and...sexy...that was the word. The effects are amazing, like how the air is displaced behind a charged beam, or anything you do with the x-ray visor.

Super Metroid is pretty sweet too.

And if you havent guessed, my fave is Tetris by far.

Most of the Zeldas are awesome too. Wind Waker was so fun to play

Hmm. I actually strongly dislike Metroid Prime. It felt so... empty. I played about an hour of it, really couln't get into it.

As for my favorite game.... hmm...
Mario Allstars (the collection)
Mario Rpg (snes)
Final Fantasy VII
Zelda OOT

That's all the recently popps up in my mind. There are some others like Diddy Kong Racing, Perfect Dark / Goldeneye, Halflife, starcraft, and Kirby's Adventure (NES) that left a mark on me, but there are so many "golden oldies" Newer games tend to suck. My favorite recent game would have to be Paper mario 2..................

Another good Game is Wonderboy in Monster world in which I ripped all the helpers, the main character and all the bosses and all the items from the game:
