These are a few of the regulars from my local arcade at Evolution 2004 (a fighting game championship). Cableguy (the guy in the blue hat making the weird hand signs and saying stupid things) is known for being a lightweight when ites to drinking, so they like to get him drunk just to see what he's going to say. I'm not present in this video (I'd rather not be around all of their alcohol and other illicit substances), in case you're wondering, either.
