Good luck with that. Mother/EarthBound gets treated like garbage in NA. Most Nintendy fans have respect for Metroid because SM, and MP kicked some ass.

They probably realized that they're releasing all the AAA titles too quickly,  and as a result are holding out on SM until the hype dies down a bit. I know that it's just about the only thing I'd actually buy on the VC, myself (at least until the SNK games show up).
