Whenever I come here, the newly replied to topics are blue or red.

but recently, none of them change color, even when new replies are posted. Anyone know this problem?

Maybe switch to Firefox. Only thing I can think of. (people will urge you to do it anyways, since Firefox is SO much better than IE.)
