I still really have no idea why it didn't take off, it was a great system, had a few good games, and it would have had more if it had stayed around... Maybe it's just because it had that Windows logo on it?

the system did not take off because the online game phantasy star
was charging to less and the company was going bankrupt
so they thought if they releast sonic adventure 2 to see if it would help but it didnt do that well and while they were bankrupt the company president left them so now they can't make anymore systems for awhile only make games.

It didn't take off because the majority of developers felt it a poor investment to make games for this particular system.  To fully understand why that is, you'd have to know a lot more about the relationships between console and game developers, the video game market, that market's typical customer and objective customer, and some basics about socliology.

Let me know when you're bored.

Actually I suppose that's true for me too.  I'm always here when I'm waiting for someone.

Usually this puts me in a good mood, as I get to anticipate the meeting that the waiting is being endured for, and my postings reflect that mood.  However, tonight it seems I wait in vain.

Trigger's outline appears in front of the horizen. He appears to be on a horse.

As the shade falls off him, he can be seen clearly on a battle Stead....

As he riases his sword above his head, he says in a clear vioce "You may take my life, but you'll never take, my FREEEEDDDDOOOOMMMM!!!!" and charges into battle!!
