Any Gorillaz fans out there?
« on: August 07, 2005, 07:08:43 am »
After watching and listening to some of the best songs such as Feel Good Inc, DARE, and Clint Eastwood, I started to take a liking to Gorillaz. I really love the new Demon Days album! :D  Man, these guys rock! :D   So do any of you people enjoy Gorillaz as much as I do?

I <3 Gorillaz. Although their new album is really good, there's some songs I don't enjoy as much. Their debut album, I could listen to all the way thru.

I haven't heard anything from them in a long time, but from what I remember they were a good band.
Soon to be a major motion picture!

Gorillaz isn't afraid to experiment due to the fact that the "front" that we see is a clever idea of animated characters who form a band.  This allows them to experiment with sounds in a way that "real" bands could not.  For this alone, they are cool.  For the fact that they are animated using Flash, they are awesome.  For the fact that the sounds they represent is a mixed bag of awesomness and funny, with batchin' tunes in the mix, they not only =Gorillaz>all, but they get my "ATTABOYS!  AND GIRL!" in case you didn't know that Noodle is a girl.  (In which case, you need to leave the internet, never return, give yourself 5600 papercuts all over your body in a way that you don't bleed that much, and roll around in a silo full of salt.)

TMBG > Gorrillaz. They don't need masks to experiment with thier music.
