i regret to inform you that tph is not quite dead yet
« on: April 10, 2007, 02:17:00 am »
welcome back to tph!

turns out someone didn't like me showing yall the cartoons.

so we'll have to do without those from now on. (though i find it kind of funny ... i've been streaming them since 2003, and they've been available on dvd almost as long; you'd think they could have come for me a bit earlier!)

yes, i realize the rest of the site isn't back yet. it will be soon!

enjoy the new forum! simple machines ftw!

I was worried TPH was gone for good for a while here.

This new layout's gonna take some gettin' used to.

sorry about the sigs. the converter is retarded. just add the first character again and should be back to normal.

I'm assuming it has something to do with this:

It still says I'm a guest, but I'm clearly logged on.  I also checked the help section, and it looks like Profile is supposed to be next to Home, Help and Logout, and it's not there.

*Phew*

For a second there I thought the site just went and died on me, glad to see we're back up and running...although I'm not crazy about the new layout. What happened to my precious phpbb?

I always loved the simple, smart dark theme the old forum had (TPH always did look better in black anyway). The only theme I found on the website that looked somewhat similar was this one: http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?lemma=30

Could you install it, please?

Haha, a lot darker than it looked in the preview image. It's like, PURE  darkness.  Oh yeah, is making a forum banner something you're going to do, or can we try to submit something of our own?

At the top, where it always went?

And no Matt, I like it hot. (When I get right down to it.)
